  • Charles Schwab Government Money Market Fund: SNVXX.

  • The goal is to seek high current income consistent with capital stability and liquidity.

  • Current 7-day yield is 4.09%

  • Pays monthly distributions.

 

  • Pimco Enhanced Short maturity active exchange-traded fund: MINT.

  • The fund seeks maximum income consistent with the preservation of capital and daily liquidity

  • current 30-day yield is 4.51%

  • Pays monthly distributions.

 

  • SPDR Portfolio Short Term Corporate Bond ETF: SPSB

  • A low-cost ETF that seeks to offer precise, comprehensive exposure to US corporate bonds that have a maturity greater than or equal to 1 year and less than 3 years.

  • The current 30-day yield is 4.60%

  • Pays monthly distributions.

 

  • iShares Flexible income Active ETF: BINC

  • A nimble multisector approach that seeks to maximize income.

  • current 30-day yield is 5.84%

  • pays monthly distributions

 

  • Bloomberg Short-Term High Yield Bond: ETF

  • It seeks to provide diversified exposure to short-term US-denominated high-yield corporate bonds.

  • The current 30-day yield is 7.94%

  • pays monthly distributions

 

It is no shock at this point that April was a surprise no one expected.

 

But I have a fascinating analogy that may prove reassuring.

 

The last time I sent an email about safe investments marked the bottom of the stock market in May 2023 and went higher till the end of the year.

 

This may be serendipitous.
