Magnetic North Financial Operational Update

I can't believe it's been six whole months since April 24th.

 

Thank you for supporting this incredible adventure.

 

I have a lengthy list of what I want to improve with Magnetic North, first some housekeeping items for year end.

 

1) Required minimum distribution paperwork is going out this week

  • Please sign where indicated on the forms and return them. Please let me know if you want a wired distribution or a check.

 

2) Black Diamond produces performance data for Fidelity and Schwab.

  • I have the complete reports if you want quarterly information or performance data since June 1st. All you need to ask is for me to get it done. Additionally, it is available online in Black diamond.

 

3) Black Diamond is constructing future cash flow projections.

  • Black Diamond will produce these reports online for retirees or people who want estimated income.

 

4) Money Guide Pro financial planning software.

  • Money Guide Pro is the same financial planning suite Raymond James uses, and I have a 5-year license. So, please let me know if anyone wants a plan or an update. Also Money Guide Pro syncs with Black diamond for record keeping.

 

Areas of improvement:

 

One seven and Magnetic North Financial are in the early stages of creating a virtual operational help desk. This would include the following services for clients.

 

  • Dedicated support with US-based licensed professionals at One seven, 8-5Pm central time.   

  • Support to all Magnetic North Financial accounts, including Schwab and Fidelity.

  • Assist clients with RMDs, Wires, Money movement, and Deposits

  • Assist Magnetic North with new accounts and operational tasks.

  • Backup for when I am out of town, etc.

  • And more.

 

I am meeting with One seven in Nashville November 10th-13th to discuss the above and more.
